Laboratory:
SYNCOR has the most advanced computer control laboratory, which is used for the analysis of chemical composition and electrochemical testing of the cathodic protection materials.
Chemical composition analysis of cast alloys in the SYNCOR plant using ARL3460 spectroscopy. According to the operation procedures, each batch of anode in the casting, after each take a sample analysis. All samples were kept for 3 years, the analysis records were kept permanently.
The purpose of electrochemical testing is to ensure the performance of each batch of production of the anode to meet the requirements. Testing is carried out in accordance with the RP B401 NACE, TM190 DNV and GB/T 17848 standards.
